Somerleyton, Ashby and Herringfleet Parish Council’s green and environmental group will be hosting the first Green Day in Somerleyton Village Hall on Saturday, May 13 from 11am – 4pm.

Our tribute to those Lowestoft people who died because of two World Wars. It is a complete record (we think), and includes photos, dates, places and memories.

Many streets suffered heavy losses during the two World Wars but one of the most affected was the High Street itself.

 This book provides the reader with a concise history of the East Anglian town of Lowestoft.

14th March is PI DAY and to celebrate it I have put up a display in the Library of fun activities for the general public to enjoy (!)
