- Ginger vodka 100ml
- Ginger beer 200ml
- Stem ginger, slice orange

Ingredients:
- 180 ml citrus vodka
- 90 ml blue curacao
- 120 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 8 dash orange bitters

This Sourz-inspired drink is quick and easy to make, and gives a great impression with its vibrant purple colour.
- 150ml blue curaceo
- 150ml cherry Souz
- 100ml soda
- Cherries
INGREDIENTS
- 260ml Vodka
- 130ml Simple Syrup
- 200ml Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
- 1 splash Grenadine Syrup
- Maraschino Cherry and Lemon Slice for garnish
- Consider Cherry Sourz
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill half of a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Vodka to the shaker.
- Next, add the simple syrup.
- Add the fresh lemon juice.
- Add the grenadine syrup.
- Shake the cocktail shaker to mix ingredients. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice and strain and pour the cocktail over the ice.

Directions
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, vermouth and Campari and shake. Pour into a coupe. Drizzle with juice from an orange slice and use it for garnish.

Ingredients
- 4tsp grenadine
- ice
- 100ml tequila
- 2 tbsp triple sec
- 2 large orange juiced
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 cocktail cherry.
The Sgroppino, a delightful combination of prosecco, vodka, and sorbet, is a refreshing summer drink originating from Venice. This easy-to-make cocktail requires just three ingredients and can be prepared without a shaker.
- 270 ml prosecco (such as Valdo), chilled
- 70 ml vodka (such as Tito's)
- 4 scoops Sorrento lemon sorbet
Steps
- Add the prosecco, vodka and lemon sorbet into a chilled bowl and whip until foamy and velvety.
- Pour into a white wine glass.
