The wheel offers the spokes

• Modern, good-looking, fully functioning webpage
• Can easily develop
• Training and support
• backend maintenance
• broken links reports

The wheel asks of the spokes

• well sourced stories
• only use images without copyright issues
• share responsibility for some of global pages
• to regularly check accuracy of their content  
• provide one member to sit on wheel steering committee
