In the 1932 Kelly's Directory the building was still a Chemist and was still owned by James Fisher and Simply called, Fishers Drug Stores. In 1967 Cyril Lord had moved in and was running his Carpet shop from No94, in the late 1990's Ganaden Properties had moved in until they moved in to No92. In 1999 No94 was the home of Express Print but by 2000 the TTSK8Shop had moved in and was selling American and British clothing, footwear and skateboards. By 2016 the shop is now Salvina's Traditional English sweet shop.

Nos. 94, 95 & 96 - a house subdivided into two parts, owned in 1618 by Elizabeth Pacy (fisherman’s widow) - previously held by John Palmer, who disposed of it to her in 1608. Remained in the Pacy family’s possession into the 18th century, when it was in the hands of Margaret Tubby (widow) - she having come into the property in two stages(1679 & 1703).
