At the Suffolk-Norfolk border, Lowestoft is a seaside resort and port town with an interesting story to tell. In the 20th century the port was one of the pillars of the UK’s fishing industry, while the town developed with the expansion of offshore oil and gas drilling in the North Sea in the 1970s.

Big Lunch People Lowestoft 2019

Most Easterly is already planning 2021's BIG LUNCH. Big Lunch is a nationwide event for the weekend of 5/6th June 2021. It's a simple idea. People make food, bring it along to the Triangle Sails. People eat, meet, and talk. It's open to everyone. We all get to know our neighbours, and make new friends (not guaranteed, of course). So Most Easterly has booked the Sails for Saturday 6th June. All we need now are tables, chairs, decorations, and food. Use our contact form to get in touch.
