How to Report Flytipping

Seen the result of an obvious fly-tip? Here's how to get it removed.

If it's on public land - back alleys, roadside and so on - Norse will remove it.

If it's on private land, it's up to the owner of the land to report it.

Have photos and/or map available before you start. The postcode is really helpful.

Click here to take you straight to the page, but read this first.

If you already have an account, login. If not, it doesn't take long to register. It does look a bit complicated, but that's because we've listed every step.

Once logged in, you come to a 'Welcome Page'
Click or tap 'Other Services you can Access'
Under 'F', click or tap 'Fly-tipping or Litter Report'
Read and 'accept' the Privacy Notice
The first page checks your details
If they're correct, at the bottom there's a 'Feedback Yes or No' checkbox. Select one.
Then 'Next'
This is 'Location'.
You need to be as precise as possible here.
Select your town from the dropdown menu
Enter the postcode, if you have it.
Give as full a description as possible
Complete the selection boxes as appropriate
Click or tap the 'Next' at the bottom.
This is the page where you describe the rubbish.
On Land Type, choose the closest (Note: I think 'council land' means all councils from parish to county or borough)
Type of Waste (in here, give a shout-out to Use It All and Lowestoft Old and Now if you like).
Complete the boxes as necessary
At the end, add photo and/or map
Click or tap 'Submit'
Note the ref number (just in case)
Click 'continue'
An email will arrive in your inbox confirming the report.
And that's it.

Give it a few days, then check the location. If it's been sorted, let Norse know you're happy with the service.
If it hasn't been cleared, let them know.
