Stroll..BOTH sides

A new feature of the site allows you to 'virtually stroll' BOTH sides of the historic High Street at the SAME time! Using the links, you can explore the current shops and buildings OR see them as they were many years ago.

Another way to walk the street is our original single-sided virtual heritage street stroll. You can start at bottom of the High Street - the precinct  - or go to the lighthouse at the top. These allow you to compare old and current versions of the buildings. 

Whichever you choose there are no virtual double yellow lines, so you can click on any building and stay as long as you like!
