The Sgroppino, a delightful combination of prosecco, vodka, and sorbet, is a refreshing summer drink originating from Venice. This easy-to-make cocktail requires just three ingredients and can be prepared without a shaker.

• 270 ml prosecco (such as Valdo), chilled
• 70 ml vodka (such as Tito's)
• 4 scoops Sorrento lemon sorbet

Steps

1. Add the prosecco, vodka and lemon sorbet into a chilled bowl and whip until foamy and velvety.
2. Pour into a white wine glass.
