Master the art of a classic tequila sunrise, with grenadine, tequila, triple sec, orange juice - and of course a cocktail cherry and umbrella as garnish

Ingredients

• 4tsp grenadine
• ice
• 100ml tequila
• 2 tbsp triple sec
• 2 large orange juiced
• ½ lemon juiced
• 1 cocktail cherry.

The Sgroppino, a delightful combination of prosecco, vodka, and sorbet, is a refreshing summer drink originating from Venice. This easy-to-make cocktail requires just three ingredients and can be prepared without a shaker.

• 270 ml prosecco (such as Valdo), chilled
• 70 ml vodka (such as Tito's)
• 4 scoops Sorrento lemon sorbet

Steps

1. Add the prosecco, vodka and lemon sorbet into a chilled bowl and whip until foamy and velvety.
2. Pour into a white wine glass.

MAKES 4

2 tsp Seville orange marmalade, preferably homemade (Hawksmoor uses my mum's recipe here) 

250ml good gin such as Beefeater

30ml Campari

70ml lemon juice

a dash of orange bitters

a twist of orange peel
