22Villages update
Being an old website some protocols have changed and links look for an index page with a suffix .html rather than the alternative .html. Simplest way to sort was to copy 22 index.html files remaming them index.html there fore whichever the links point to will work.
Dynamic rows
A key aspect of making content accessible is to ensure it uses the many different sizes of screen to best effect. For example if you have a very long list and a very wide screen it would be best if the number of columns increases responsively to use this additional space.
Quick Colour Change
To make the template as flexible as possible and to allow each Place to have its own identity, we use a tranparent logo and colour variables within the coding to change all aspects of the main colours.

How Do I.. Tooltips
In order to make adding content as easy as possible we have added tooltips for each field. In the first instance theit is a singe sentence that may prove enough, at the end of which is a link to a paragraph going int more details [and maybe a video link?]
Setting up a Local host
Firstly go to XAMPP Installers and Downloads for Apache Friends and download latest Windows version.
Install and accept all defaults
pin the resulting Xampp control panel to the Task bar
Apache > config > php.ini
change ;extension=gd TO extension=gd > save > stop/start Apache
IN browser go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ > databases > create > say 'test01'
go to https://www.drupal.org/download > download latest zip to C:\xampp\htdocs
Google features
Many aspects of these website templates are enhanced by 'free' features that Google provides, BUT despite costing nothing they insist on the account being linked to a credit card :-(.
For this project (rather that asking local teams to link their card - we need their enthusiasm not their money) I got a seperate credit card and then dropped the limit to just £150.
animated gif overlay idea
Could we add animated lights to a street stroll?
